Honourable Ssekikubo, fell into a trap he should have seen coming in 10 years

Summary: Like the hunted animal of prey, Hon. Ssekikuubo has been stalked for 10 years and more and so, it is not surprising he fell in the trap, at last(?). The Crime: He has been attempting to derail parts of a “Grand-Plan” for the Homeland of some people –and not just the so called “Bamooli” of the area who were resurrected the other day. The plan is ‘grander’. We saw it all coming.

1/4. They have done ALL they can simply due to one fear, that, with the likes of him around, the project “Homeland”, in which the likes of Gen. Tinye are architects, would be diverted.

2/4. Want to know why? Read the “Mustard Seed” and then learn about the admired pet subject of the glory Chwezi Empire (mostly myth but believed never the less). Examples: Bigo-bya-Mugenyi, Ntusi, etc. To the author and the others who eulogise myth, the archaeological finds here prove that there was a superior civilisation here and the scions must too be special today.

The main question and thinking then must be near this: “For such places of ancient civilisation to be under Buganda then must be a ‘historical anomaly’ that must be rectified’.

3/4. Which leads one to warn that, Bugerere and Bululi are just rehearsals for the main act somewhere to the South-West of Buganda. The Ssekikubo-targeting provocation (deliberately dis-enfranchising his supports, etc) and eventual ensnaring must have been well planned be far in advance of the climax that we all came to behold. They are well rehearsed acts with the cast known long in advance. He has been a pain in the neck for too long.

4/4. Their annoying  ‘question-plan’ must really be: “Who are the Ssekikuubo’s to interfere with the God-ordained grand plans, who tarnish the names of  the ‘special ones’ with petty issues like CHOGM fund revelations, etc?  They must know their place and belong where they should”.

  1. Mike Ssegawa,

If Ssekikubo fought Sembabule mafias silently, he would died silently long ago. Making noise has helped him live an extra day…for they know, if anything wrong happens to him, everyone who know is the culprit. I only blame him for wielding gun…in turn, being like them.

  2. Byansi John Baptist,

President Yoweri Museveni needed both the late Jenipher Kuteesa and Maj. Gen. Kahinda Otafiire. Even this time he needs both his brother in law Sam Kahamba Kuteesa and his “adopted” son Theodore Ssekikubo.
But why don’t we blame Emmanuel Sekimpi NRM District Returning Officer Ssembabule, a step maternal uncle of Ssekikubo, and one time his guardian, and Israel Kayonde, an NRM Electoral Commissioner who accepted to be pocketed by Kuteesa? Ofwono Opondo snd his likes should first punish the two before they pounce on Kuteesa and Ssekikubo.
But the best is to repeat district elections after Lwemibu Parish and Lwemiyaga sub county have also undergone elections.

  3. Lawrence Mukasa,

Rwemiyaga MP Ssekikubo new it was coming or he is more stupid than we can imagine. Kaguta Museveni is the patriarchal per excellence; anything that is family is a no go zone. When Otafire drew his gun on the wife of the man Ssekikubo is challenging, he was thrown out, not through the window, but the ventilator. He had to go to his knees to be allowed back on the table. With this son of Kaguta you can do a number of things and be lucky, but his family you cook.

  4. mugisha jackson,

To all my bloodly bro’s it’s a big issue but those who don’t understand are the people like Ssekikubo Otafire who are selling us blood’s they won’t do anything much to Sseki but he should get to kwn that is playing with fire[chwezi] and these goes to the priest’s tell the people who are still backwords to understand where we are going don’t let them to fall in a hole[styleup]

  5. kazindu,

Hon sekikubo has been doing a good job, and the only reason why he was left to shout all kinds of abuse to the big wigs was because he was doing it under the cover of law where he couldn’t be touched, Ei ,in the parliament and secondly Kaguta needs such people to keep an eye on his own people so as to be able to know what wrongs do his people esp those in the family do behind his back, how rich they have become or how much power are they getting etc etc then he can do the checks in time before its too late so the Mafabi ,sekikubo lukwago and the bettys are all very important to the NRM but the moment you step out of the law then your cover is self blown.
You become a good example of how they deal with those who carry lawlessness in their hands otherwise they would be creating another “captain no parking”
thats why Kuteesa dicided to hide in the bush when the fight started he was in a better position than seki to order fire but he knew the implication before seki got hold of his senses ,he had been carried too far and now he is sweating alone, this is what people should remember all the times that when they opt for cheap politics.
It doesn’t last long but although this is the case, i my self still believe that big wigs should be left out of the grass root elections and go for the big posts at national levels
this will create a healthy environment where the national cake is equally shared but if you want to eat from the high table and the come for the “bukunkumukas”the left over as well , obviously the scavengers might scratch your face.
