President Museveni’s visit to Kenya worries Besigye Supporters as the Colonel is in Hospital

Statehouse has released a statement to say that President Yoweri Museveni has arrived in Nairobi for a one-day working visit to Kenya. The President, who landed at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport at 12.00 noon today, was received on arrival by the Kenyan Minister for Nairobi Metropolitan Mr. Njeru Githae, the Commander of the Kenyan Army, Lt. General Njuki Mwaniki, Uganda’s High Commissioner to Kenya Mrs. Angelina Wapakhabulo as well as several senior Kenyan government officials.

During his stay in Nairobi, President Museveni will meet with his Kenyan counterpart President Mwai Kibaki. The Ugandan leader will also address a conference on Social Economic Transformation and the East African integration.

The opposition leader, Dr Kiiza Besigye was also admitted to hospital in Nairobi yesterday after after Uganda government, reportedly pushed by foreign diplomats, dramatically reversed a declared decision to block him from flying out for further medical management.

Besigye supporters on UAH are worried of Museveni visit to Kenya at the same time while Besigye is there. One supporter from Sweden called Robert Ssenkindu reckons that the president may do something dubious to Besigye in Nairobi such that Ugandans need to watch out for any suspicious activity around Besigye’s hospital bed.

Christopher Muwanga from Kampala was also not happy and he had this to say:”M7 thinks only in matters of the gun. He is not just afraid that Besigye may do something funny in Nairobi. Nooooo! His and Tinyefuza’s reported whispers of ‘planned genocide’ are aruse to sell to the neigbouring countries and a diversion to justify their [M7, Tinye & Co.’s] planned mass-murders of innocent Ugandans. In visiting Nairobi, M7 either wants the Kenyans to assist in finishing off the man, or wants him chased from the country or even worse, he wants the results of the lab tests on Besigye kept secret. The first and last reasons have higher currency [are most plausible]because the M7 terrorists did not them out of Uganda, only the foreign missions helped.”

Christopher continued to say that Ugandans should, however, take heart; ”Besigye was once a staffer at a Kenyan hospital. He has colleagues there. The bloood samples must already have reached other labs world-wide. So,whatever the case, the nature of poisons adminstred to him will be known, lives he after this or never and vengeance for crime will be persued forever.Meanwhile, Gen Tinyefuza’s goons are streaming across the border and flooding Nairobi. The ‘sleepers’ [inactive, resident agent cells] have been activated as well as those from friendly embassies [to our south-west [where else?].”

A DP elder in USA,Kyijomamanyi, was also very furious with the government heavy handness of Besigye:”It is very dumb for YKM to pour security forces in the streets especially in all town in Uganda. The last or smart thing would be to restrict access to guns and bullets. Yet what Ugandans saw was the release of Gibert Arinaitwe-is it true he grew up in TZ before joining primary school in Tororo-and set in motion the equivalent of a positive feedback in science. The situation in Uganda is deviating further and further from the norm. Certainly what we saw does not augur well for the the dictators. Who benefits from an escalating feedback situation in Uganda? But as the Grek say, may be YKM is about to go mad and may not even have pondered of the consequences of his actions. Gilbert Arinaitwe will forever be the symbol of his reign.

”If Ugandans pour in urban centers and town in large numbers, the security fores will not be of help. Sure the Muhoozi Kainerugaba force will mow Ugandans but eventually it will crumble. Now you folks in Uganda find out the ‘saved’ church that sadist Arinaitwe attends. Opposition mobs too should pretend to be ‘saved’ and trail him there. Yes mulokoke -not sure from what when you see Gilbert Arinaitwe a mulokole behaving that way-if that is what it takes to get that monster Arinaitwe.” Kyijomanyi said.

The moment of truth could be in the horizon especially as YKM and his security team fall prey to positive feedback. Let me tell you, a positive feedback is YKm’s worst nightmare. If you believe that the police have not been aid and military men are in lugabire=tyre sandals, then you get the point. At one point many will ask themselves the big question: why are we killing fellow Ugandans? Yes, I know a few are from Rwanda, but the majority are Ugandans. Why indeed should they continue to kill fellow Ugandans? ”

Ahmed Katerega, a Newvision journalist and NRM activisit, said:”the middle class has grown in Uganda such that they prefer treatment in Kenya, South Africa, Germany, UK , US, India. In 1982, Obote was treated in Italy.Secondly corruption in civil service especially in ministry of Health and Mulago Hospital.”

Another NRM supporter, Kaka John, said:”Besigye introduced the hammer as his political symbol. Now yesterday it came to haunt him as it was used by security fellows to break the glass of his car. Besigye started it all – he has been advocating for violence – now he has reaped it. The tsunami, the hammer, name it. ”

  1. Christopher Muwanga,

SUMMARY: Did the hammer symbol kill or was it ever used to kill anybody. Thanks to Dr. Besigye’s bravery, M7’s lies and cover are history now. He may have been physically eliminated but the fire is on. Even in his hey days in the bush, M7 never managed to cut off Kampala and render it unmanagable for even an hour. THE MIGHT AND WILL OF THE PEOPLE IS STRONGER THAN THAT OF ANY GUN.

1/7. If an un-identified fellow to come to the window of your vehicle with a weapon, e.g. a hammer, would you call yourself a man if you let him do anything to you with it or you would turn the ‘other chick’?

2/7. Say want you want, the doctor did what any man worth his name would do…grab the weapon from the enemy.

3/7. By using un-identified, non-uniformed party goons to kill ugandans, which goons are thus terrorists, M7 is proving and showing what his regime is…..a terrorist one.

4/7. We know the Americans and the other ‘abanyuunyusi’ [Amin’s termfor exploiters/empirialiasts] will not care so long as the man is fighting their war is Somalia [after Rwanda and the Congo] but with such thirst for blood, Museveni is capable of killing millions and embarass his paymasters and even his local sponsors before he is aligned before the International Criminal Court [when his goons turn on their own {foregn citizans}, or, after he has been used and thrown away as any condom.

5/7. To Mikele Ochaya: About his[Col. Besigye’s] part in the NRA attrocities: Am yet to be educated as to where and when Dr. Besigye used injection syringes/needles to kill civilians bu twhat I can guess is that he never was a field operations commander in the North nor a combatant there. Let people answer for their own attrocities or those they have ordered. It is like one waking up one day and saying, “All northerners are bad” without sorting out heroes like the late Daudi Ocheng [RIP] or Honourables Beatrice Anywar [Mama mabira] or Chaiman Mao, and millions of others or, blurting out the usual, “All Baganda are bad” simply because one Paulo Muwanga and others may have been. Dr. Besigye should not be made to answer for the sins of little brother Akandwanaho [alias Salim Saleh] or of the ’emperor’ Tubuhaburwa [the incorrigible one, alias Museveni].

6/7. Besighye has played his role, a role no one in Uganda has not been able to dare do in the 48 years of ‘self-mismanagement’. Like Jesus, his task has been to sow the seed. It has germinated and will grow into a fireball that will eat away the rot. To reveal that M7 could become more brutal than Idi so called ‘idiot’ Idi Amin has not been an easy task.

7/7. Sadly, the poison administerd to his body will kill him sooner than later but he is dying with bitterness and was mentally prepared. For dicatator M7, cat is out of the bag. last week, he announced.”What the opposition is saying is ‘idiocy’. “There shall be no riots in Kampala” [they did take place and so, he ate his words]. He has no gullible world to lie to any more, except to his bribed and corrupt boot-leaking sychophats like ‘kaka’ [the work for ‘shit’ in many languages]. The battle is joined.

  2. Christopher Muwanga,

    Ahmed Kateregga, Compatriot!

Request [to Ahmed]: Please assist the people understand the rules and rights as enshrined in the constituion of Uganda.
Comment: It is the police that are acting illegally. Allthe so called orders besigye refused to follow ere unlawful. Read on

1/6. First, the police is supposed to issue ‘lawful orders’ and which orders must be followed by the citizen but look, ALLTHE ORDERS TO BESIGYE HAVE BEEN UNLAWFUL!! This means he is not obliged to follow them. What is meant is explained here:

It is the right of evey citizen to meaningfully earn a living.
So if a police officer orders you to ‘stop going to work’ [on foot or in a vehicle], when no state of emergency or war has been declared/aproved by Parliement, the citizen has a right to disobey the order as it will then be ‘unlwaful’. NOW, IS UGANDA UNDER CARFEW OF STATE OF EMMERGENCY? NO.
Another example: Suppose a civilian came to you, driving somewhere, and you tells you to get out of your car, without an arrest warrant, would you just believe him and oblige? Would you call that a lawful order? No, it is not. This is what Tinyefuza’s goons are doing and they are not the law themselves.

Another further example: The so-called police are being used and acting as a militia of the ruling family. Only the other day, M7 himself shamedall the oretenders when he announced that “Kale Kayihura is the only NRM cadre doing his job well..” and that was after a baby had been shot dead in Nyendo, Masaka by kale’s men. He did not call him a ”good policeman’. So, would disobeying the order of a party funtionary in so called police uniform be the same as obeying a lawful order?

2/6. The Nakasongola Court illegal order: On giving bail at the place named, the magistrate, in addition to the bail condition, IMPOSED A 7 MONTH BAN ON on the accused and ORDERED him TO KEEP THE PEACE OVER THE SAME PERIOD, as though he was the one causing it or he was the STATE. what is wrong here?

first, the magistrate was now sentencing a man whose case had not been heard yet.
The poor lady was ordered and told what to say by the soldiers [Tinyefuza’s men].SHE REPORTEDLY WANTED TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CASE BUT WAS ORDERED NOT TO.

3/6. Are these the lawful orders Ahmed kateregga and the like want us to obey? Is it lawful, except under Stalinist communisim, for a judge to be told what sentence to pass on the accused? Be reminded, dear sychophat Kateregga, that even under Stalin’s and under Hitler’s execesses, the victims were always given the chance to say something, however horrible the circumstancs were. Our current conditions cannot even exist in hell because even there, one plesumes that Satan would first welcome you as his new catch to his kingdom’.

4/6. Dear Ahmed, I beg that you wake up and read that part of the constitution that says like this, ‘…all citizens (even criminals) will be handled with dignity…’ something like that [the reason one to be hanged is still fed on the eve of the hanging]. Now look, DO U NOT KNOW, DID U NOT SEE, A BLINDED BESIGYE BEING PUSHED UNDER THE CAGE WHERE THEY NORMALLY CARRY CORPSES OF THIEVES AND MURDERS, ON THE POLICE PICK-UP, with his energy-less legs dangling? What was the aim of this?

Because, after administering the poison, they concluded that he was dead, and wanted to even humiliate his corpse, nothing else! It is therefore only miraculous that that man is still breathing though for sure, although he [Besigye] is a moving corpse now.

5/6. Finally, please know, dear Ahmed, that it is not the dury of the police [or so called police] to interpret the constitution. This is clearly the task of the constitutional court! That the police Act [colonial version, in usetoday] with ist very many unconstitutional provisions that have been proved many times in the past to be illegal, is being tauted as law today, says a lot about our current so called government.

So, for the police to deny a citizen his rights ON SUSPICION THAT HE MAY COMMIT A FELONY, is rubbish [sorry for the word]. That a policeman quotes is own interpretation of the act to you, does not mean he has the law on his side.

6/6. CONCLUSION: The police has used many unconstitutional provisions and their wrong intepretations, to deny Dr. Besigye and the thousands of ugandans maimed and imprisoned all over uganda since the 2009 riots, on the wrong assertion that ‘..they disobeyed lawful police orders’ while in almost allcases their [police’s] orders ARE/WERE IN REAL FACT UNLAWFUL THEM SELVES. What is worrying is that it is not only the some political ‘dynasaurs, like Kivedhindha that are regurgitating such nonsence but sadly some young minds like Ahmed Kateregga and other bootlicking young minds in the plutocratic bureacracy that is ouruganda today!! What crime did we commit before God, to be ruled by these butchers, infantciders, liers and thievs, Lord ????

  3. nefuusa,

The “Besigye Specialist”–“Hon” Justine Atukwasa, Nabweru magistrate can you imagine she is the deputy of FHRI..foundation for human rights organization in uganda., where Mr. Sewanyana is as well… check the website http://www.fhri.org.. please FHRIshould not receive any grants until that woman is off that executive board.. This should be communicated to all Donors.. She should have stood her ground not to receive orders from above.. then u wonder why is she on the FHRI exec… should be able to exercise judgement and stand for the values she swore to uphold while she is on the FHRI board. please UHA lobby so that our so called elite&middle class here in uganda make an effort to stand up and defend he indefesibles. Unles she is ready to apologize to the nation we lobby to see that she does not get into any position of responsibility that borders on the judgement of peoples civil rights .. she has laready demostrated that she cant uphold them ..Lets expose her..

  5. Patrick Kyagambiddwa,

I am not a fan of Besigye but really what Arinaitwe did is undespicable. No sane human being can unleash pepper spray to his fellow human being in such a manner. I even wonder whether there is anybody in Arinaitwe’s family who has ever owned a prado like the one of Besigye that he vandalised. We may have political disagreements but we shouldn’t go to such extremes of barbarism in a desperate search for favours from the powers-that-be because we never know where all this might end.

  6. Hussein Farouq,

Please allow me to burrow the words of Chenuwa Achebe, Who said that….” HOWEVER LONG A NIGHT TAKES, MORNING HAS TO COME” Indeed time has come and the world shall always testify M7’s mismanaged, corrupt, indisplined and brutal rulling government. Its time up for Mr. Museveni’s government, if he is not yet aware, the recent riots in Kampala should be awake up call to him.
    Let the struggle continue.
