The fact of the matter remains that since the installation of this government, there is no prominent crime that has happened in Uganda without someone getting arrested. When you go back as far as Andrew Kayiira’s murder or Mugalu or any one that got murdered in Uganda, someone ends up arrested and with in sheer days. But after that arrest several things happen, either the case does not get heard of so it simply slip away, or the jailed person dies in Luzira or some weirder thing happens. But as soon as it happens there must always be an arrest. It so seems that the government goes out there and simply picks up an innocent man and the case fades away. You see in the anger there is nothing good to hear as the murderer of Kazini has been arrested. The hype in people fades away and the story gets off the news headlines. Do you know for example where the case of Dralu sits today? But had Dralu not been arrested at that particular time, the story today would have been who murdered kazini? In fact they come back and remind you that during AMO’s government wrong doers were not being arrested this government arrests them.
And Ugandans buy that nonsense.

Things are turning out to be a little funny! It reminds me a man who had
killed an Egyptian Diplomat. Quickly Uganda went to Prisons and got one to
say he did it! Ensi etulemye!!
In the Death of Prof. Kayiira, it was feared that the man who claimed to
have killed Dr. Andrew Kayira may have been murdered in prison. I had to go
to court and ask the Judge for more time to help Prisons produce the
accused. The Judge granted me final adjournment. I do not know if accused
was ever found!!!. The file was in hands of a Principal State Attorney. I
returned it to him. I was only a Seniour State Attorney.I know nothing about
his death and was not even asked to handle his death file but to ajourn.
Even the Scotland Yard report on the file was funny!. amaaso gange galabye

If you recall what i wrote here a few days after the burning of the shrine, i said that it was burnt by a mad man. It may be surprising but it might be the fact.
Musoke according to what we have gathered is not entirely mad.He for example owns and runs several tipper trucks from which he earns a living. He is a religious extremist, but not entirely mad.

It appears in the NRM government newspaper and the man claims to have committed the crime. A look at anoher crime: a woman claimed to have killed Gen. Kazini…. And see how it was all handled…..
We know NRM’s style of confusing and covering up their own crimes. Who will believe them? Not me.. and I am sure there are many other Ugandans who can see through these tricks….

“The witchdoctor-turned-Catholic reportedly claimed he got a vision in which the Holy Spirit showed him the trouble emanating from the masiro.
Following the alleged vision, he ran to Kasubi where he tried to destroy the regalia, like spears and bows, but the guards allegedly restrained him. He went away only to return another day to set the tombs ablaze.
“I went to the Katikkiro and narrated to him everything but he did not bother so I got a box of matches and set the place on fire,” he allegedly told the Police. He specified that he went through the backyard and lit a matchstick which he threw on the dry grass. It was not possible to get a comment from the Katikkiro by press time.
Musoke’s sister, Nalongo Namiiro, recollected that Musoke left their home in Ndejje at about 4:00am yesterday, prayed and bid her farewell, saying he was going to Jesus’ place
However, in the 1980s, Musoke developed problems and often went into trances, threatening to harm his family members. As a result, he sought the support of a Catholic priest who carried out a ritual at his home to exorcise the demons
Musoke is the fourth suspect to be arrested in connection with the fire.”
Now the big question is about the state of mind of this man. Further, the Katikiro is a key witness who can confirm whether he has ever met this man in his life or not. We shouldn’t also be oblivious of the fact that so far four suspects have been arrested. However, time will tell if any of them was ever involved or they are merely random victims.

It applies in the police code also that they do not make such judgement. They should hold him and subsequently, forward him to proper instance

I believe that a self confessed “criminal” is easy to prove true or false if the investigators are serious. Let Mengo’s team also follow that link and see where it leads. However we must ask ourselves why a man that has committed such an act would come out to confess. The answer lies in sincere investigations.
Even the most dumb person like okiyas**t can see that the gorvernment wanted to clean the air by presenting a fear free soldier to take the blame on behalf of the real murders. UAH keep following this case it will fade and the said man will be released or silenced.

justic in uganda courts at present is pigs fly.simple things like to report or give a statement in the central police station u need to buy printing papers,air time and security and all this is asked in open.If your a trader,you must have a high ranked officer number wheather your a thief or murderal etc does not matter.Locals cant even go to there police posts to report anything. Anyway before the gov’t arrest these men,the chief of police should be behind bars him self for failling to control his men.I think his duties are as theck as the president.

When my wife gave birth to a baby,da masilo got burnt ! because the king on the throne is not a true blood of buganda kings/is not a true son of kabaka mutesa11. His mother slept with a witch doctor by the names of Mabeyu Zenga ,Currently in luweero,lukomera when she had failed to get a successor.
How come he became king thou he had been rejected by the buganda spirits????????? 15 years ago,they poisoned my father,Misach Kato,a son of bintu bizibu azaala mpanga & in that same time,the king was crowned ! How?? the witch doctor used my so called mother ,naiga annet in kawempe where we stayed. How did we know all this info?????????????
When my wife gave birth,the baby was also poisoned to death by an unknown person! Bt fortunately the hospital has hidden cameras & my so called mother was seen on camera poisoning my newly born baby! So cmi/security organs picked intrest !! tapped her phones & got alot of info leading to other govt top officials.
